- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Every claim I had with them went well. Good contractors and speedy.....except one. They NEVER resolved my issue from a new dishwasher that I got. First vendor messed it up ,then the second brutally handled the new one, breaking small parts (end of upper tray guide, inside cover and a couple thing inside) Multiple HOURS on hold and many apologies later and zero follow up, I just am living with the gorilla glue and cracks inside the unit. Life is too short. So in 10 years all has been well - but when it goes wrong with them - you're screwed, they have horrid problem resolution and understaffed call centers. As such I still have them as mostly they have been stellar, also "the devil you know..." The dishwasher issue lasted from about Oct 2014 to May 2015 when I gave it up...By Kirtus Warner, February 15, 2018
